Andrea Snow is a chartered surveyor with a Master's degree from Nottingham Trent University and the Budapest Technical University, and more than a decade of impressive achievements in commercial real estate development. Andrea has been married to Robert Snow, the other co-founder and is a devoted mother of their daughter Sarah Ann. Andrea has always adored children and formerly worked as a kindergarten teacher and a nanny in Belgium. She believes the determination, focus and energy that have brought her success in her professional field can also be directed towards making the Seedling Trust a significant source via Team Heart of help disabled children in state custody in Hungary. In 2012, Andrea was honoured for her charity work by being named an „Everyday Hero Olympic Torchbearer" in the London Olympics. In 2012 Andrea was part of the delegate as a Hungarian Flag bearer during the Opening Ceremony of the New York City Marathon. In 2015 for her excellent charity work and for helping to raise over 60 million HUF donation she carried the Hungarian Flag at the New York City Marathon Opening Ceremony. Her hometown Bodajk also awarded her to become a Honorable Citizen certificate in 2012. Andrea is the author of two books on introducing charity running in Hungary –„Heart Over Heels" and „More than a runner" both a bestseller. The entire income from publishing these books is donated to Seedling Trust via the author. |

Robert Snow has been the CEO of GTC Hungary since June 2000. The company is the dominant international real estate company in Budapest which has developed and leased over 140,000m2 of commercial offices in Budapest and sold nearly 1,000 apartments. GTC is continually growing and is planning further office developments and acquisitions in the city. Robert also established the Serbian division of GTC in 2004 and managed the company for several years to become the prominent real estate developer in Belgrade. A Sheffield native educated at the University of Manchester in Building Technology. Robert arrived in Budapest in 1990 and established several independent commercial real estate ventures, mainly in the development of office and warehouse buildings. Robert is married to Andrea and has two daughters. He supports the foundation because he believes that life has been kind and generous to him and he's always looking for ways to give back |

John Smith has been a Director of CP Holdings Ltd since 1991. CP is one of the largest UK investors in Hungary with diverse interests including Danubius Hotels Group, Central Europe's largest hotel and spa owner/operator. CPH's other Hungarian interests include property, vehicle and equipment dealerships, logistics, warehousing and security business. Before joining CPH, John was a Regional Managing Partner of Ernst&Young UK, a Member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chairman of its Ethics Committee. In the UK, John is Chairman of the charity PDSA, the largest veterinary and animal welfare charity in the country and has, with his wife Jill, been involved with several other charities, including the UK's largest children's charity, Barnardos, and a trust fund for disadvantaged pupils of John's old school. Through helping to develop The Seedling Trust, John would like to highlight the positive influence on society as a whole arising from a vibrant charitable sector based on voluntary effort as well as financial support. |

Annamária Radácsy has a degree in economics from the Budapest College for Foreign Trade. After many years of outstanding achievements in the field of foreign trade, she joined CP Holdings, the majority owner of DanubiusHotels, where she has worked closely with the top management as well as personally with the chairman. In2000, she joined the international real estate developer GTC and for 15 years she has managed and controlled the administration work of the office as a highly-valued member of the team. Annamária has been involved in the work of the Seedling Trust since its inception. As a mother of two daughters and the grandmother of two adorable children, she offers her full energy and devotion to support and help children living in state care in Budapest. |

Gabriella Ormai is the managing partner of CMS Cameron McKenna Budapest office, dealing with Corporate and Commercial Law since 1989. She first opened her own firm 27 years ago and has cooperated with CMS Cameron McKenna since 1990. Today CMS Budapest is one of the country's largest full service law firms. From 1999 Gabriella is the head of the Hungarian operation. She is strongly dedicated to corporate social responsibility and lends her professional skills extensively to several charities, including the board of directors of the Red Nose Clown Doctor Foundation. |

Zoltán Tima is honoured to join the Seedling Foundation's board. He is a leading architect and board member of KÖZTI, one of the biggest architectural firms in Budapest. He graduated from the Technical University of Budapest Faculty of Architecture in 1989 and has since he designed some of the most significant new several residential, office and public buildings in the city. His major works are Riverside and Riverloft Apartments, Dorottya Udvar Office Building, the recently opened new airport building the SkyCourt, the Kossuth square reconstruction and the visitors' centre of the Parliament in Budapest. For his architectural achievements, he received the Pro Architectura Award in 2004 and the Ybl Prize in 2007. He is married to Judit Hegedűs and they have two daughters. |

Alan Griffiths is a former Partner of Ernst & Young in Hungary with over 24 years of professional experience in the region. During his Partnership he has been Head of Assurance for Ernst & Young in Hungary and the Adriatic Region of Central and South East Europe and was responsible for many international and Hungarian audits across a wide range of industries .Alan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was as an active council member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. Alan is married to Ildikó and has three children. |

Katalin Boros serves as office manager of CMS Cameron McKenna Budapest, responsible for human resources and administrative matters. A graduate of the College of Foreign Trade, Budapest, Katalin's past professional affiliations have included the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, the French Information and Documentation Centre, Danone, and the First Hungarian Concession Motorway. She has been at CMS Budapest since 2000. She has a longstanding devotion to children's welfare and serves as a supervisory board member of the Red Nose Clown Doctors Foundation. She is married with two children. |

Krisztina Puskás Gáspár has worked in the field of child protection for more than 30 years, beginning as a teacher and counsellor and devoting 20 years to directing child protection institutes and helping children and youth who have lost their families and been placed in institutional care. Since November 2012 she works closely with Seedling Trust in the capacity of her position as director of the four Care Homes and in the four homes where the trust gives continuous support. |
