Gyöngyi Faragó

„Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I' M POSSIBLE"

My name is Gyöngyi Faragó, I was born in Kecskemét in 1972. I studied in Eger till 1997 when my husband and I moved to Germany. This is where we live presently with our daughter and son. Running played a very important part in my life, not because I am a gym coach but running also taught me to trust myself, set out goals and last but not least it helps me to keep me focused. In the meantime it also gives me the freedom of the mind, while I am running freely outside in the lovely fresh air. I also love races and be among like-minded people. First I run a 5 K race then I did a 10 K, and even when I set out to do a half marathon, I have succeeded. Two weeks after I have completed my first half marathon, my mind was focused on the 42,2 K. In 2013 I ran my first full marathon race in Budapest. The wonderful feeling of completion kept me going on and on since. Finishing a marathon is one of the many great feelings what is truly mine, but could be anyone's at anytime...

What makes running even more special for me is the fact that I put my heart in it, and I inspire the next generation to run to help others, and while we are happily running we are collecting donations for Seedling Trust.

Donations

We depend on voluntary funding - any small amount - or kind support is highly appreciated. It takes so little to do so much...
